GBIt’s a lovely independent pub, what a hidden gem. I would highly recommend staying as it was a really comfortable nights sleep, lovely clean white linen. Delicious full English breakfast, cereal, juice and hot drink!

Room bit old fashioned but en-suite fabulous
GBThe staff were very friendly. The room was a good size with good quality furniture. The bed was super comfy. I liked the wifi shower. Thought it was good to see how long you were in the shower and how much it cost. We forgot shower gel and shampoo so a bonus to have a them provided. The breakfast was also superb!
Our toilet seat was a bit broken so moved when sitting down.

The mattress was bordering on the solid. We like a firm mattress but this had no give in it.

The shower in the wet-room was very close to the handbasin so you couldn't avoid the water spreading everywhere.
