"Nicht den Bildern entsprechend"

Abendessen war gut und lecker

Alles etwas älter, abgenutzt, teilweise sehr unfreundlich. Es ging keine Heizung u keiner hat sich in der Woche darum gekümmert. E Ladesäulen funktionierten nicht und es wurde auch keine Möglichkeit geschaffen, dass man irgendwo laden konnte und der Parkplatz oder eher Eisfläche wurde mit 15€/ Tag berechnet

"Fijn drie sterren verblijf op een top locatie."

De locatie was goed. Op loopafstand naar het centrum. Ontbijt was voldoende, niet super uitgebreid. Avondeten is goed maar niet speciaal. Echt drie sterren. Het was wel echt super schoon! Heel fijn!

Niet is veel gezegd maar de familiekamer mocht wat meer sfeer hebben. Het zou fijn zijn geweest dat je het avondeten tot half negen zou kunnen nuttigen. Het is nu tot half acht en dat is met de aprés ski wat aan de vroege kant.

Die Zimmer waren schön Die Sauna war gut Der Skiraum durchdacht

Die gebuchte Halbpension wurde an einem Abend vollständig gestrichen, ohne dass dies im Buchungsprozess transparent ausgewiesen war. Beworbene Thermen-VIP-Karten konnten nur eingeschränkt genutzt werden, ebenfalls ohne vorherige Information. Zusätzliche Parkgebühren wurden intransparent erhoben und nicht klar im Hauptangebot ausgewiesen. Die Qualität der Verpflegung entsprach teilweise nicht dem üblichen Hotelstandard (Tiefkühlpizza) Eine beworbene E-Ladestation war faktisch nicht nutzbar. Der Umgang mit unserer Beschwerde war uns an booking.com zu verweisen Schade eigentlich
