Die Zimmer sind sauber und gemütlich.

Das Abendessen und das Frühstücksbuffet sind nicht sehr ansprechend. Insbesondere das Abendessen war leider nicht sehr gut. Die Portionen sind sehr klein und das Fleisch war oft trocken und nicht sehr gut.

Lage top, Personal sehr freundlich

Beim Check-In hat man telefonisch die Info erhalten, dass der Schlüssel am Zimmer steckt. Im Zimmer angekommen, KEINE Information hinterlegt bzgl WLAN Passwort, Frühstückszeiten, Zeiten für den Wellnessbereich, Gültigkeit der Eintrittskarte vom Spa Kaprun etc. Heizung hat nicht funktioniert und telefonisch war niemand mehr erreichbar zwecks Heizung und WLAN - hatten dann bis in der Früh kein Internet und mussten spekulieren wann das Frühstück ist.. Bei der Abreise wurden 30€ für den Parkplatz verrechnet obwohl vor der Unterkunft am zweiten Tag kein Parkplatz frei war.

Everything was good as it was shown on the pictures. Also you can count on everything mentioned in descriptions and all the staff was really nice and helpful. Everything was very clean all the time and room was maintained every day.

"Super Preis mit Tauern Spa inkl."

Super war, dass der Eintritt für Tauern Spa inkl. war. Dadurch ein supet Preis.

Pizzaabend am Samstag. Hausmannskost wäre besser gewesen. Salat war schnell weg und wurde nicht nachgefüllt. Von der so großen Freundlichkeit haben wir auch nichts gemerkt, obwohl wir freundlich entgegen kamen. Parkplatz neben Straße 15 Euro ist zuviel, Gesamtpreis war aber trotzdem gut.
