"Perfect location and comfortable villa for a ski vacation with your family"

We were staying at one of the villas with a sauna. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. It was located in a quiet and peaceful area but at the same time it was right next to the slopes which was perfect. The hotel restaurant had the best food out of all of the restaurants that we tried in Borovets. All of the employees were kind and lovely, especially Slavche who helped us with our bags and everything else we needed.

One of the entrance doors was hard to open. Other than that everything was lovely and we have no complaints.

"Magical snowy adventure"

"Would highly recommend Alpin, small niggles but still great place to stay"

Location is excellent, staff very friendly and helpful.

We stayed for a period of 5 nights. Cleaning staff slacked a little, water in mini bar never got replaced, duvet on bed was just thrown over the bed daily, coffee pods one day wasn’t replaced and on arrival had to ask for Toilet Paper as no extra rolls were given and roll in toilet was basically used up on arrival.
