Excellent staff and location next to the slopes. Room was clean and well kept. The assistant helping us (I think his name was Slovchek) was absolutely wonderful! Nothing was too much trouble and he helped us move and park the car in deep snow.

Location, comfort & staff were all great. The atmosphere & food in the restaurant was just what you wanted after a day on the slopes. The staff catered well for our son who has severe allergies. The apartment we had was comfortable & clean.

The kitchen facilities (hot plate etc) and the bath in the apartment did not work despite being on the details. The hot tub was also not available.

Sami the ski instructor we booked from the hotel was really great. He was brilliant with the children, committed to their improving, available for extra lessons, spoke perfect English and offered advice on pther trips and attractions

The rooms were comfortable and the location was great.

The only problem was the breakfast time, they start late at 8:15am basically at the same time as the ski lifts start working. So we were never able to start skiing as early as we wanted.
