USUSI enjoyed my stay.It had everything I needed.Always elated to see a Bible in the room.The price was great.Would stay there again.
There was no sugar or creamer next to the coffee machine.The shower curtain was too short,so the water kept splashing outside of the tub.Even so everything is pretty close by in Helen,it was still a good walk from the center,but nothing that would deter me from staying there again.
USUSWe love going to Helen, normally we go during the summer this was a last minute decision and didn't realize how bad it was going to be. Unfortunately the trees and power lines were down. We stayed one night since we couldn't risk not finding a gas station open or any other establishment. We had a roof over our heads and a bed with blankets. Tha owner informed us the next morning that the power would not be restored until Wednesday morning the day we were to check out, he said that he would refund the unused days once the power was restored. That was a very stand up thing to do. Will try to stay here again during warmer weather

I had no response at all in booking messages and I was worried about the icestorm because Im from Brasil and didnt know what to expect. Whe I arrived, Staff wasn’t very friendly or helpful. Basically said “yeah you will be stick here for a week” and couldn’t care less. So even had payed for 2 days, we slept there and left in the morning. That was a waste of 2.200km and 100+USD lost because they didn’t care about replying on Booking.
