Non smoking room smelled ( reeked) of smoke. My daughter used her inhaler 3 times because of the smoke fumes.

La chambre sentait très mauvais, dû à un fort taux d’humidité non gérée par l’établissement. C’était sale. L’isolation de la chambre était inexistante, nous entions nos voisins dans leur intimité, nous mettent mal à l’aise. Le petit déjeuner était plus que médiocre, seulement des petits paquets de céréales pour enfant, et des gâteaux. Le café était imbuvable et certains fruits pas mûrs. De plus, nous avons témoins de la nonchalance du personnel, face à une réclamation d’un client.
USRooms need updated and fixed, the bathroom had paint and patch spots, under sink was wide open no cabinets, peeling paint on bathroom door. There was a power outage no backup generator was used, no refund or discount was offered for a evening, night and morning without power.
