"Nettes Hotel, tolles Personal, schlechte Küche."

Alles wunderbar, tolles Servicepersonal; schöne Zimmer, schöne Lage. Aber das Abendessen im Zuge der Halbpension war wirklich sagenhaft schlecht. Vom Salat bis zu den Marillenknödeln wurden nur Fertigprodukte aufgewärmt. Und die waren von keiner guten Qualität. Schade.

Das Abendessen. Gruselig.

"Insgesamt gut"

Das Hotelgelände, Zimmer samt Ausstattung, Angebote im Hotel (Pool, Sauna,...), insgesamt sehr sauber, freundliches und bemühtes Personal

In der App steht Check In bis 18 Uhr, ab 16 Uhr ist aber niemand mehr in der Rezeption (Schlüssel sind aber abholbereit, das war kein Problem). Das Hotel bietet sehr viel an (Pool, Sauna, Fahrradverleih, Bar,...) nur leider ist alles nicht sehr lange geöffnet bzw niemand mehr an der Rezeption. Aufgrund der verteilten Lage von Restaurant/Zimmer/Pool lädt dies nicht zum langen Verweilen ein (Getränke am Pool ? - gibt es nicht. - evtl. wären hier Getränkeautomaten o.Ä. eine Möglichkeit) Keine Klima, sehr heiß im Zimmer wenn es draußen auch heiß ist.

Frühstück sehr gut, Abendessen obwohl vom Buffet sehr gut, hervorragende Zwiebelsuppe, sehr freundliches Personal, grosser Fernseher im Zimmer

ab 16.00 keine Rezeption, bei meinem Eintreffen (17.30) keine Sauna aufgedreht, Wellnessbereich nur bis 20.00 geöffnet, kein Personal im Haus, Zeiten für das Abendessen sehr "eng", Restaurant schließt um 22.00 Uhr.
