Very accesible in the heart of Gensan. Perfect for business or leisure trip to the Tuna Capital. Location wise, very good. Walking distance to Starbucks and Gaisano Mall

I love the location which is easy access. Plus secure ang area.

What I dont like is the bathroom has a lot of ants inside. Another, there's a lot of mosquitos. Kahit iihi ka lang, puno kana ng kagat ng lamok. Kahit sa bed area, good thing may off lotion akong dala for kids.

- very friendly staff flexible with check in and check out - smooth check in - comfortable bed with nice fluffy blanket - great AC - slippers provided - clean bedroom with nice smelling bed linen and towel - kettle and table - very good WiFi for Philippine standards

- cold water (no water heater installed. You can only change pressure of the water but not temperature. Taking a shower is a nightmare) - bathroom seemed quite dirty and there was always standing water around the toilet - there were no cosmetics (not even a handsoap) provided - extremely loud (not only because of motorcycles but also loud music of neighbours, screaming kids, people playing with ball) - ants in the kitchen

The place's location,is so near from the center. The environment not crowded and noisy. Thou it's near the road. The room is big and clean. The owner is so accommodating. I may recommend this place to my friends. I

The place was very spacious and the toilet was really clean. What we liked about it also was that it was very accessible to restaurants and 2 malls. Peaceful community and very affordable for groups. Highly recommended.
