"No hot water was a dealbreaker, but location is great"

Location is amazing; it is near three malls and just about everything you want to see. Yet it is on a quiet street.

No hot water for showers, no mirror, no TV. The lack of hot water was inexcusable; why would they build showers that don't have the option for a hot shower???

- good location, walking distance to most important places in Gensan - very nice and flexible staff, they allowed me to early check in and late check out - bed was very comfortable - room is spacious, clean, with tv, aircon, kettle

Its nothing negative as it was ok for me, but: - hot water depends on sun, no electric heater here to have it 24h - construction site is just next door but in 5 days they woke me up only once. In general its not noisy
