The location is strategically located near GMall. You can walk to get to downtown. There's also a store and carinderia near the place so you can buy whatever you need without walking too far. The room is spacious and clean. And the whole room is good enough for the price. The owner provided us with kitchen tools when we requested for one. The aircon and electric kettle works well too. The towel, dishwashing soap, and bathroom soap are already provided. The curtain is good as it is not too bright in the morning. It gives us privacy as well. The water pressure works well.

The place can get noisy in the morning with the loud radio outside but it stops in noon. They have wifi but the speed fluctuates and might be unreliable sometimes.

I like the cleanliness of the huge room. I had a very comfortable sleep after my tour. I also like the location as it is near Gaisano Mall and just a walking distance to SM, KCC and Robinsons.

I booked 10 minutes before i arrived the property. I was accommodated by the caretaker, just present the confirmation bookings. Location is just a 3 minute walk from the main road and city center. Room is great, well lit, it has a pantry, clean toilet/shower. Clean sheets and towels. Bed is clean and the best of its kind. Aircon is good and working. It has a tv, but never have a chance to turn it on. I did have a great stay. A little soap and shampoo would be better as well, a suggestion. In total, its a great booking considering the affordable price i paid for it. Thanks.

Proximity to town center. Unexpected cheap price for a room.

A walking Distance from G-Mall Gensan. It is not just a room. It has bathroom, mini kitchen, and a dining table. It is more spacious and clean. Very comfortable to stay with. Approachable owner and safe to stay for a night.
