Smack dab in the middle of Sg Lembing Town

Quiet noisy at night with locals chit chatting way pass midnight, but I'm so tired, I just drift off. But I think that's small town for you. They chit chat and mingle around. Just, it's in Chinese so I can't join the gossip 🤣🤣

住宿位置很好，周围有餐厅，旁边有巴刹，早上有小贩卖各种特产美食。后面是林明山，林明博物馆也很靠近。

房间里没有浴室，冲凉需要下到楼下才有几间浴室。不适合老人，上厕所或去浴室需要上下楼梯，没有电梯。浴室里的水量非常小，热水器的水也是很小，冲凉需要更多时间。房间面积很小，隔音非常差，地板是木板铺成，小孩或大人在外面走路，房间里面都听到，很吵。

The staff is friendly.

Bought the room without realizing it is shared bathroom (outside, shared with other rooms). The owner didnt state it is a shared bathroom in this app. Had to upgrade to a better room, rm120 then reduced to rm90. This one is a ok lah. Should have book other hotels. And the town, it is nothing there lah. Many businesses mati. Gov should help them to naikkan semula.

Walking distance to Panorama Hill/breakfast spots Right on the main road of the town Grocery stores across the road Parking is easy

Shower only available on ground and first floor Cramped toilet on the top floor

Staff is helpful..

Facilities like aircond need regularl maintenance.

It's a bit noisy due the the shop opposite, there will be uncles or people talking over the food stall
