It was perfect from the start to the beginning. The food was excellent. Our daughter enjoyed all the kids activities and we were able to relax at the same time. Well be back

Beautiful decoration, perfect facilities, caring and friendly attitude of the hosts and personnel, they have thought in advance of everything i might need. Delicious food starting from breakfast and finishing dinner menu. Top class spa area, panoramic view from the sauna and rest area, everything left the best impression. If i would need still to mention one thing i would say about attitude - they are obsessed with what they do and they really are the best. I wish everyone to try this experience at least once.

"Best ski resort I have ever experienced"

First and foremost. I have not ever been such a ski resort! - Staff. Amazing. We feel the service mentality every day an everybody. (based on the dedication of Lechner family) - Every detail of the hotel is for the guest (candels in the wellness, furnitures etc.) - Wellness area. Huge and comfy and panoramic "quite room". Panoramic (and huge) finish sauna - 3/4 board. Beside a perfect breakfast (with fresh orange juice every day!) and a delishios 5 course dinner there were dishes between 14-17 hours. (warm meal and snacks and sweets, desserts)

- The slope is come down close to the hotel, but in March that slope is usually in a horrible condition. Therefore we need to use our car. (there are taxi drivers for for free in dedicated time slotes also)

"Happy stay in family friendly hotel."

Room was large and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We were nearly the only guests who weren't there with children. Note when it says family friendly, the pool is very busy with children and crying babies.

"awesome place for families"

It is amazingly fun, has lots of cool activities and the swimming pool was great, the hotel is located in an amazing place, near slopes for skiing

the buffet part of breakfast and dinner was not lot of variation
