Lovely comfortable country style pub - rooms were clean and comfortable and yeh food in the restaurant was delicious.

I had asked for 1 twin and 1 double room on the ground floor for easy access for my mother in law but we had to go up stairs across a corridor and back down stairs to get to our room. There was another way down the side of the pub but this was closed as they were re-doing paving.

Very friendly. Very clean and comfortable. Everything you would expect. Great breakfast. Would recommend.

The coffee with the breakfast was awful! Very weak, and not really coffee at all. But the staff were very busy, and remained polite and friendly under pressure and the rest of the breakfast was delicious so we didn't raise the issue.

Cracking rooms in the Annex to the rear of the pub. Nice and quiet, with a powerful shower. Great ales in the pub itself, friendly staff, and a fantastic breakfast in the morning!

The owner was absolutely fantastic, we were staying a second night in another hotel for a wedding but wasn't up to standards, Dai couldn't help us enough and managed to fit us in for another nights stay here and it's fantastic, the staff are absolutely amazing and everything was clean and tidy, compliments to the chef also as the food was absolutely stunning, the best fish and chips I've had period!

We had to leave after only two nights ... Will definitely stay here again!

Exceptional staff from check in to the restaurant service and also the bar staff. Food was brilliant in the restaurant as was the lovely breakfast. The staff even place a little happy birthday sign on the restaurant table which was a nice touch.

Not a lot really. The bedroom and bathroom was quite small. But overall a good place to stay.
