Great location, easy check-in, friendly staff.

The facilities have been updated recently and are very good. The staff were very nice.

I was a bit worried about how open the carpark is.

Location and while the bedroom was small, it was comfortable especially the bed.

Didn’t realise it was shared bathroom facilities but they spotlessly clean.

The room was good with kettle, TV, etc. bed and pillows were clean and comfortable and the shared bathroom was spotless. Great shower too. Evening meal was excellent and the bar staff very friendly.

This is an old pub but the rooms were immaculate, recently updated and well decorated, great value, our room was not ensuite but the shared bathroom was spacious, beautifully tiled like a luxury hotel. Staff were very friendly, we ate in the bar area - great classic pub food, we sat on our balcony overlooking the park next door watching the sunset.

Overpriced compared to a motel room No side table to do stuff on Lots of door slamming and furniture moving till late and from early morning

The rooms and shared bathrooms are clean and fresh.

No running water in the room available. Bathrooms are shared, no ensuites. This is not clear in the advertisement, it is omitted in the description. And though the price is definitely not exorbitant, for a room without even just a sink, it is rather steep. It's called a hotel, but with shared bathrooms (in the night you'll have to leave your room in your night wear to go to the bathroom), no sink in the room, so you have to fill the kettle for coffee or tea in a shared bathroom. No hairdryer available and definitely no room service, I think even calling it Motel would be a little far fetched. In my opinion, this is a very clean, well maintained and/or restored HOSTEL, and a beautiful one at that.
