"Superb"

The room was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed or wanted, such as a hot shower, clean towels, a kettle and tea/coffee, a comfortable bed, curtains that blocked out the light and a tv. The location was ideal for my purposes. The Spuce Liunge in Theale was lovely for an evening ealing. The hotel's cooked breakfast was delicious.

Maybe it looked a little old fashioned but that didn't matter.

"Great location, enjoyable breakfast, basic facilities but good value for money."

Breakfast was cooked fresh to order and was delicious both days. Room is basic but sufficient for a business stay, hot shower in the morning.
