Value and location.

Room was a bit small and dated.

Nice little room, very comfy beds , easy to find , great for on site parking as you’re directly outside the accommodation, rooms was clean and adequate for our stay , right on the high street near to convenience stores and takeaway/pub grub if needed.

Room was great, breakfast was lovely too, only thing that was disappointing was the kettle .. the plug just about reached the socket .. quite dangerous really as it was either sat on the edge of the unit or had to be boiled on the floor, Also had bits of limescale floating about inside and the top was very dusty .. after a lengthy car journey I was looking forward to a nice cuppa !!

We like that it appeared we would be staying in a Thatch roofed property. The breakfast was good.

That we weren't actually staying in the thatched roof property - the accommodation was in single mens quarters out the back. The double bedroom was tiny and very stuffy, felt like it hadn't been aired out with fresh air for decades. The shower needed proper cleaning in the door frames and trays. The dust was palpable and the carpet didn't feel like it'd been vacuumed for months.

Lovely place to stay room door was broken the person behind reception was rude arrogant and not pleasant the woman who served breakfast the next morning was lovely and helpful
