Good breakfast

The warm and friendly welcome. The exceptional room, the best nights sleep that I've ever had in a B&B/Hotel/Guest house. A lovely leisurely breakfast. Highly recommended 10/10 on every scale.

Having to get up in the morning!

Everything was clean Hosts extremely friendly and courteous. Very convenient for our stay would definitely book again

I did not stay at the property. I booked it at 6pm as I had to make an emergency trip. At 8.30pm the owner called me and aggressively asked me when I was going to get there. I had said 11 to midnight on the form. He check in was by 10pm and I should have read that on the booking. He said he may be around but couldn't guarantee it. i said I didn't want to be stranded and I could cancel and get a refund. he said he didn't do refunds and the money had been taken. He was unpleasant and hostile and I would not have wanted to stay there so I did not go. I complained to booking who did not refund and nor did he. He claimed that he could have had a booking but at that time of night that was extremely unlikely. Difficult to understand why he is still in the business - he was so unpleasant. There are plenty of other places with more understanding hosts so avoid this one.

The owners were lovely plus everything was super simple and comfortable. The bed was super comfortable and I had one of the best night sleeps I’ve had in a long time!

Comfortable spacious room, excellent breakfast, good location for town and nearby attractions

Breakfast was great, plenty on the plate, room was well maintained, but with out the fan heater it would have been cold. Heating system needs looking at
