Excellent location- walkable to shops, train station, and park. Staff were incredibly helpful when the microwave in my room wasn't working and replaced it straight away.

There was occasionally music/noise coming from the pub below, but it would always settle down by late evening.

"Was a nice few days there, but was just disappointed in this one girls attitude, just cause she was a little stressed on"

Good location

There was one female staff member there that was very rude and short with us, she worked behind the bar and I don’t know how she got the job there but she was definitely not a people person. Having said that, there was one lady for the house keeping part that went out of her way to get us extra towels and was so friendly.

Room and ensuite was better than we expected. Really clean, upgraded and comfortable.

Toilet seat requires attention, needs better fitment.
