"A "surprise packet" stay in Gippsland. I would defiantly stay again."

The Hotel Staff were very welcoming upon arrival. The room and bathroom were surprisingly large and very clean. The veranda was an unexpected added bonus.

Didn’t know breakfast was included unfortunately didn’t have that. But the dinner down stairs was delicious, staff were very accommodating, fast meals which was great with having two little ones in tow. Cute little room with a balcony, balcony could have had a wipe down of table and sweep of the balcony as there was a bit of ash around which was hard with the little ones, but overall beautiful view and spot.

More towels, I had me and my two kids in the room with the balcony, there was only one towel a bath mat for feet and 1 face washer, balcony was a bit dirty with ash on table and on the decking part.

The location is great, food downstairs is always good as is the happy hour. Check in and out is simple.

Shower is still broken despite informing management after a previous stay. Toilet roll holder fell off as well

Such a quality town & gorgeous old hotel. Upgraded to a gastro pub with great atmosphere.

I booked a budget single room. The mattress needed replacement as quite a sag in it, but I still had a good sleep. I'd stay again but would book a room with balcony.
