A very basic room that was adequate for our needs. It matched the price that we paid, there was aircon that was very necessary in the heat. Would book again for the convenience of the location and the aircon.

Very few amenities in the room.

The rooms are clean, simple with everything you need, the location and outdoor kitchen is amazing and the communication with the host was fun and effortless.

The WiFi is not good enough for zoom calls (I guess since so many people use it there). On average I got 10mbits. There is a co-working space called Nuu Riconada you can go to for busy work days :)

6 minute walk to the beach

Our room needed much more airflow.

Nice, quiet place near the beach. Kitchen is well equipped, rooms are clean. Staff is great, always helpful and kind.

The room is literally a sauna (we had one in the 1st floor), even when it's not that hot out there. They have fans in the room, but barely helps. I can imagine its not a problem on ground floor or on cloudy days.

Perfect location by the beach, and set behind the main street down a path, so it was very quiet at night! Great communication with the staff, amazing kitchen and facilities.

The only downside was just how hot the room stays at night!

It was close to everything in Punta

It was very hot in the room. Maybe it was just the location of that room, it got a lot of direct light.

Good location, slightly away from the louder road. Chill vibes. Basic rooms with ensuite. Good price.

The shower was weak and cold

Great location within 5 minutes walk of the beach and La Punta, well-sized rooms, excellent value for money

Building including the common areas are quite run down, AC is old and not very good

Close location to main road

I arrived at night and there is was no reception. The hotel was entirely empty besides my room which was had the key in the lock and the lights on. The hotel does not have any lights outside of it so it is in complete darkness. I felt very uncomfortable and did not stay the night.
