The owner is really helpful and the kitchen is clean and well equipped. The room is nice and clean. Definitely a place a would book again.

Honestly the room was not clean, so many hairs that were not mine in the room and the bathroom.

Good location and it’s cheaper than some other places in the area.

Not the best facilities. Kitchen isn’t the nicest and loads of mosquitos in the bedroom, the most we’ve seen. Bedroom is quite basic.

The hotel doesn't look like much from the front and indeed, it is very basic. No tables in the rooms. No chairs, just a bed. No decorations on the wall. No hot water and very poor Internet. But the location, on a rutted dirt road, typical of La Punta was great, a block off the beach and only a few blocks from the happening heart of La Punta. And like almost all previous reviewers, our stay was enhanced by the manager/housekeeper, Edir, a sweetheart of a human being who did everything within his power to assist us in anyway he could. If you are looking for luxury, this is not the place for you. But the price is right and the value, compared to other rates in La Punta, made it well worth it. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.
