Big potholes in driveway, sticky tape holding doors together, sticky bathroom floor, sorry it was just tired.

Self catering great kitchen facilities and equipment

It was available .

The air conditioner and heater didn’t work , shower was missing tiles , bathroom bench collapsing , toilet was filthy , tv points hanging out of the walls , room had a dirty oily smell as previously used by mechanics and smell was embedded in the room.

Clean and fresh. Good amenities- microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, tv, aircon.

Smelt a bit like old cigarette smoke. Shower taps need attention. Shower head drips, taps too difficult to turn off. A dish cloth and tea towel would have been handy. Not enough power points.

Stayed one night in the family room. It had a separate entrance to the hotel which was handy. My bed was comfortable and clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. If you are not fussy and need a bed for the night with the basics it’s very good value.

The hotel looked old and run down. There was no wifi

They accommodated late check out (11am instead of 10am) free.

The place was dirty, cobwebs everywhere. Rubish on flor under bathroom sink. Dishes dripping wet, some even still dirty. 2 spoons for a room for 6 people. Chips in cups. Broken glass on 1 window. A draft from big gap in kitchenette. Crumbs in one single bed. Tap backing in shower wasnt even attached. The bench to bathroom sink was lifted alot and sink leaked underneath, meaning we had to put towels down. Huge pot holes leading in. I told staff about the cob webs and dirt and she gave me a funny look as she walked of saying sorry with no meaning in her voice.
