Great location in Trebinje

So, some of my issues with the hotel are just due to cultural differences, but some are not. The bathroom was very cramped and there is no where to put toiletries and no hooks for hanging anything! Also the shower head broke while showering. The beds are very hard (encountered this everywhere in the region). The air conditioning did not work so we had to sleep with the window open the first night (they did fix it) and due to the great location near shops and restaurants, it was very loud until about midnight. Smoking is permitted in the restaurant (indoors and out) and as a non smoker, this is quite offensive, but is also the case throughout the region. Google Maps sent us to the wrong building because the building where you check in and where the restaurant is, is a 5 minute walk from where the majority of the rooms are, so very confusing. You have to pay for any extra coffee pods which is annoying.

AC not allowed before June! Had to keep the window open. 0630 next morning machine noises in the nearby square (leaf blower) woke me up. Had to pay for coffee in the room (machine). Poor breakfast choice.

Chambre grande, lumineuse et confortable. Salle de bain parfaite. Design de l’hôtel lumineux et agréable.

Les personnes fument dans l’hôtel, à la réception et salle de petit déjeuner. Ce qui donne une odeur de tabac désagréable (on n’est plus habitué) et est insupportable au petit déjeuner.

Lovely Hotel with spa. Staff very friendly and helpful. In the center with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby

After paying over one hundred euro a night it’s seems a little petty to charge for a coffee pod in the room
