Nice hotel, clean and comfortable with a great location

Does not actually come with free parking (additional BAM 10 per day) and breakfast isn’t great. Additionally, if you’re on the first floor then you can hear awful muzak until the early hours of the morning.

Odlicna lokacija ukolilo zelite Stari grad, ali povedite racuna da postoje 2 objekta koja nude-sto nije naglaseno u opisu i da ukoliko zelite wellnes uzitak mozda ga nece biti jer niste u tom hotelu. Buka zagrantovana.

Prebucno, nema roletni, previse svetlosti nocu. Paucina svuda, nema gela za tusiranje, stari peskiri. Nikakva pomoc oko kofera, obzirom da nema parkinga. Struja u sobama delimicno radi, u sobama se sve racuna kao Mini-Bar cak i kesica caja.

The location is very good. Very picturesque and convenient to the main centre of town.

The staff were constantly smoking in the lobby/breakfast area which resulted in smelly cigarette smoke throughout the building and seeping into bedrooms. When I complained about it they said it is allowed to smoke in Bosnia Hertzogovnia and so I had to put up with it. The room was dusty and unclean. Towels were old and frayed. The hotel maid didn't clean the room on a daily basis and the air conditioning unit in the room didn't work. I had to damp dust the every surface in the room myself removing thick layers of smokey dust. There was a terrace outside the hotel where one could sit however the chairs were covered in car hair due to the many many wild cars living there. The breakfast provided was very poor if you could stand to sit in the smokey dining area. This could be an amazing historic hotel if the staff and owners bothered to provide a quality that international travellers expect.
