"Aangenaam. Goede prijs-kwaliteit verhoudi"

Goede ligging (centrum Spa), warme en nette kamer en gratis parking. Lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt.

De buiteningang van het hotel was verwaarloosd en vuil (gevaarlijk ‘s nachts). Douchekop in de kamer was stuk (werd blijkbaar niet hersteld).

"goede locatie, had meer van de entree, kamers en gang verwacht"

Op foto ziet het er mooi uit, maar alleen de entree is lags achter in een smalle weg tussen berg en huis.

Entree, in kamers waren er vele leivenheersebeestjes

"Niet veilig"

Sorry, helaas niets. Toen we na een avond heerlijk dineren naar het hotel (wat 2 sterren was ipv 3) gingen moesten we achterom via de noodingang het hotel in. De deurklink zat los en had ik opeens in mijn handen. Ik kreeg hem niet meer goed wat betekende dat of ik de deur moest openlaten de hele nacht of de klink moest meenemen (in geval van brand kan er dan niemand uit). Omdat er geen receptie was en het al ‘s avonds was zijn we naar de receptie gegaan van het nabijgelegen Van der Valk hotel, daar kregen we gelukkig nog 2 hotelkamers zodat we daar konden overnachten.

L'emplacement et le parking gratuit même si la place n'est pas garantie à cause de l'accès aux clients du Vandervalk Hôtel. La literie sauf les oreillers.

Les toiles d'araignées. La poignée de la porte de derrière qui ne tenait pas. L'accès aux chambres par une porte dérobée à l'arrière du bâtiment. L'absence totale de personnel. L'oreiller trop gros et trop dur.

Locatie

Geen receptie. Niemand aanwezig en restaurant beneden niet open. Inchecken en sleutels afhalen in hotel ernaast en moeilijk te vinden ingang achter het hotel
