Very nice and comfortable room and very nice design. One place for resting and holidays in Svilengrad.

The parking is not private but you have space outside the hotel.

I like most of the things .

I just didn't like the service in the room it was no toilet paper. No clean towels because i stay there for 3 days.

"Do not Never Never Book Here !!!!"

Nothing, Nothing !!!!

I do not never Advise and offer this Hotel ! I booked 2 separate rooms. 2 Parents and 4 Kids. Room price is 69 Euros but SHE said 80 euros or pay Bulgarian Leva ! Another bad issue, I booked with breakfast. They bring just 4 breakfast plates, there was not anything !!! No breakfast for my last two kids !!! They discussed with as Night and Day !!! Do not book here !!!

"It's okay"

Very warm welcome, nice ladies in the reception. Rooms are big and with specific interior, feeling like in the cave 😊 clean and good, right in the town center.

Dog surcharge... They asked for almost 50% of the room fee for one dog 😕 I paid ~200 BGN while the room was booked for 135. And I don't understand why it's so high, never any hotel asked for more than 10 Euro dog surcharge...

Good location very close to the centre. Ten minute walk to the beautiful old bridge. Good reception. Good lift. Good simple breakfast.
