they promised to install a refrigerator, done

1. cockroaches in the room and throughout the hotel 2. terrible and uncomfortable bathroom 3. The first days the payment was paid in cash to one person, 40 euros per night. the last 2 days was paid in cash, to another person, 35 euros per night. 4. no one speaks english 5. AC leak 6. no kettle in the room

There was a young lady as staff when we arrived and she was really welcoming, also the only one speaking some English.

When we arrived they offered us 2 rooms. One was freezing cold and we took the second one. There was a bad smell of cigarettes everywhere in the building and in the hotel room. The water from the bathroom was cold and there was no shower cabin. The bedsheets were clean but the pillows were incredibly uncomfortable. Also, there was water coming out of the AC. They don’t offer parking and it’s hard to find a spot in the area. They had no POS and they asked for more money than the booking reservation.
