It's a budget hotel

It's dated, it smells of damp and cigarette smoke, the bathroom was mouldy and the extractor fan exposed. Loose mats on the stairs are dangerously slippy. There was a party in what must be a nightclub on the second floor that went on until the early hours. The aircon didn't work. The bed was uncomfortably hard.
