Probably the most Central hotel in Lovech, hence my choice. The hotel itself is likely from the Communist era and I can imagine it was very grand back in the day (fashion/design/architecture etc). My room, freshly refurbished, was more than adequate for my needs for 1 night. The breakfast was typical "Balkanska" buffet tho plenty of different choices, very fresh and tasty. Overall I'm satisfied considering the bargain price.

Parking, paid for apparently but no instructions how to pay (in town), a bit confusing.
