Olive Villas Beach Hotel

Olive Villas was fantastic from start to finish. Stayed 2 nights then added 2 more it was so good. Staff was fantastic from check-in forward. Restaurant is good (ate there for 2 dinners plus daily breakfast). Beach service (chairs and towels) were FANTASTIC. Beach good/drink service was also good albeit pricy. Great views from the rooms. Liked that the pool closed at 1900 so that things got quieter in the evenings. We were there in August 2025 and while the resort was essentially full, it never felt overcrowded. Olive Villas is pricey, but worth the money. I would absolutely return - HIGHLY recommended. (Reviewer: 55 year old experienced traveler with teenagers).

Really nothing. The resort is a bit far from many restaurants, but the relatively “private” location makes up for that, and taxi service is good. Older travelers should be aware of stairs down to the beach.

Very high standards in quality, beautifully designed, excellent staff. Very friendly and helpful staff the reception desk and in the restaurant - even at the jet ski place which has nothing to do with the hotel - but there is a wonderful vibe in the whole area, which is much different from other Sozopol areas. Comfortable beds on the beach with excellent service and a wide variety of drinks and food. Large parking area, free for guests. Marvellous sea view from the balcony and from the restaurant. It recently opened - I hope they keep it up and don't get spoiled by horrible tourists. Actually I am reluctant to share this hidden gem.

Rooms and pool are very small, bathroom too small - but the rest makes up for this.

Le service n'est clairement pas cohérent avec le prix : ménage mal fait, petit déjeuner a quantité très limitée, l'horaire du ménage est imposé.... Très bel hotel qui applique des tarifs élevés sans le niveau de service qui va avec.
