Jauka vieta, atrast un tikt iekšā ļoti viegli. Praktiska virtuve. Ātra un saprotama komunikācija ar īpašniekiem. Patīkami redzēt labi sastādītu informatīvo bukletiņu. Ļoti labs ūdens spiediens un temperatūra dušā. Diezgan plaša, patīkama istaba. Laba sega un spilveni. Telpas un veļa tīras.

Nedaudz varēja saost kanalizācijas aromātu. Parkošanās vietu tumsā sarežģīti izvērtēt, īpaši ņemot vērā reljefu. Rozetes nepraktiskās vietās attiecībā pret istabā esošajām lampām. Virtuve visiem kopējā, kas galīgi nebija problēma, bet vēlu vakarā sarežģīti noorientēties. Šo noderētu kaut kur konkrēti pieminēt, jo paši pirms tam nekur to neatradām.
