"Need to notice in advance, to be more visible latest check in time"

I booked the hotel last minute , around 23:00. When arribed there was just before midnight. As hotel reservation said- booking corfirment. Only after We saw the hotel check in latest is 23:30. Needed to book another property. I want refund of change the dates for the stay

No emergency number- for late check in or so

Free of charge for pets, can fish and swim nearby. Amazing terrace with nature view. Manager was very nice and friendly. Not extra charge for late check out. National park nearby, Cēsis and Sigulda (my favorite cities in Latvia) are 20min drive.
