I would say the best feature of this place is the location and the swimming pool. It is 5 minutes walk from the beach thus you don't need to rent a scooter. The rooms are basic but they are good for the price you pay. The staff is kind and they offer to clean the room upon request.

There were some bugs in the bathroom.

"Good family rooms, not good standard rooms"

They lost the key to our standard room and moved us tob key to a family whilst they sorted it. When they sorted the key issue they let us stay in the family room which was actually decent and much much better than the standard room we had originally booked.

We were meant to be in a standard room which was really dirty and dingy (no wonder there are no pictures available). Fortunately for us they had lost the key to the room and moved us to a family whilst they sorted it. When they sorted the key issue they let us stay in the family room which was actually decent. Pool wasn't particularly clean. Was interesting having a swim whilst the local monkeys were having a drink from it.

Closest hotel you can get to the beach. 3 minute walk. Clean room. Some flies might try to enter it if it rains or light is on at night. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Helps set up taxi. No hot water for shower. AC worked great. Comfy bed. Wi-Fi worked most of time. Power in town went off for an hour and they had a generator. Great easy surfing at beach. Kuta 20min taxi away

Jo homestay is in a great location just a short walk from beach and the beautiful meals at Corner Warung. The garden and pool just across from lush rainforest make a beautiful setting. The staff and hosts are very kind and eager to please their guests. I will be coming stay again

"All together a very nice place to stay. Clean swimming pool, delicous breakfast next day. 5 stars"

Breakfast was delicous. Staff was friendly. Very nice environment. We were welcomed with monkeys in the morning.

Only thing I could say is please notify customers of items left in room right away. Don't wait until customers call you to ask if you have found anything. I left a bag on plain sight. It was a big green bag which was left but was never notified until I realized a 2 week later that it was missing.
