The lack of external windows or larger internal windows The individual AC was good, but not enough to keep the room cool The internal courtyard could also been more ventilated, although we were in a supper hot day.
BRBRThe hotel was located close to the highway and access was easy. The interior design was a bit new to me - a central covered atrium with the rooms around it opening into it - but it was nice and cozy despite the echos from other guests' walking. The room was clean and comfortable and the bed was exceptional! Breakfast was really nice, the standard fare of a breakfast buffet but the cakes, fruits and breads were all really good.
Not the hotel's fault but there was a lack of nearby restaurants or places to grab a bite but that wasn't much of a problem as Penapolis has lots of options for places to grab a quick meal. As mentioned, the design with the central atrium kept the noise from other guests within the building so that might be a problem if you're bothered it.
