The staff is friendly and nice, the dinner excellent as well the breakfast, just a few steps from the chair lift. Very nice and big rooms. Very nice sauna area.

grandiose Küche, sehr gute Lage direkt am Lift, freundliches Personal, phantastische Aussicht, nettes Ambiente

der Wellnessbereich ist etwas klein geraten. das Zimmer (Deluxe) war nicht so schön ausgestattet wie wir erwartet hätten.

"Der Urlaub war schön und wir haben ihn genossen. Essen hervorragend."

Frühstück und Abendessen reichhaltig und hervorragend. Kleine gewünschte Änderungen wurden perfekt umgesetzt. Wellness Bereich sehr neu und schön renoviert. Mitarbeiter sehr höflich und sehr aufmerksam. Der Skipass konnte im Hotel ausgedruckt werden. Die Zimmergröße (Bergblick) war gut mit abgetrenntem Sitzbereich. Betten waren groß und bequem. Erdgeschossbereich gemütlich und im alpenländischen Stil der 80 ziger Jahre. Aber sauber und ordentlich.

Die Schränke gehörten wahrscheinlich zur Erstausstattung und waren an den Griffen abgegriffen. Ein kleines Makeover und das Hotel könnte vielleicht auch bei jüngere Kundschaft punkten.
