Die Lage des Hotel direkt bei den Anlagen und Pisten ist perfekt. Das Personal alle sehr nett und zuvorkommen. Wellness sehr gepflegt und das Essen ausgezeichnet.

Zentrale Lage, 100 m von der Der Wellness Bereich ist sehr gut. Da unser Hund die ersten Tage nicht alleine im Zimmer geblieben ist(Eingewöhnungsphase) hat man uns fürs Frühstück und für das Abendessen einen Tisch eingedeckt, der vom Speisesaal abseits war. Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend, 5 Gänge Abendmenü überdurchschnittlich gut. Das Silvestermenü war sehr aussergewöhnlich und sehr gut, es war sehr in die Länge gezogen

Laut Beschreibung sollte ein direkter Zugang zur Piste möglich sein. Das war nicht so, kein direkter zu Gang zur Piste. Separater WC war leider ohne Handwaschbecken. Aus Hygienischen Aspekten nicht so gut. Die Vorrichtung für einen Kühlschrank war vorhanden, leider fehlte der Kühlschrank. Begrüßungsgetränk fehlte ebenfalls. Für 25 Euro tagl Hundegebühr keine Gegenleistung vorhanden.

Hotel location was perfect for access to the ski lift. All the staff were so friendly and helpful,we were met with a very friendly welcome upon arrival. The lady on the bar always remembered what drinks we liked. The staff in the dining room were excellent as was the food! The buffet style breakfast was huge and varied. We arrived on Christmas Eve and enjoyed a Gala Dinner…..amazing!

Loved it all, nothing to dislike. Maybe add some berries to the breakfast fruit selection.

Große Zimmer, ruhige und perfekte Lage zum Lift, schöner Pool, Galadinner war sehr gut

Saunabereich viel zu klein für so ein großes Hotel und am ersten Abend gab es nur Buffet mit Vorspeisen und dann nur deftiges Fleischbuffet (Schweinebraten, Backhendl, Ripperl, Leberkäse, Blut-und Leberwürste…. mit entsprechenden Beilagen
