Please note that the hot tub is open from mid-December until March. Access to the wellness area with whirlpool, sauna, steam bath and infrared cabin is available from 16 years of age. The wellness area is open from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. with registration! Please ask us about the closing times of the wellness area! Holidays with dogs/pets are generally not a problem for us. Dogs/pets cost €15 per day, per dog/animal (without food). Unfortunately, however, your four-legged friends are not allowed in the restaurant, our spa areas or in all room types. (Unfortunately, dogs/pets are not allowed in the junior and family suites) You are welcome to have breakfast and dinner with your four-legged friend in the Stüberl! Please ask us by email or phone before booking.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Lovely place that met all our needs. The hostess was very kind and waited up for us when we had a late arrival. Breakfast was great, with plenty of options for everyone. The summer card was a huge benefit, allowing us to go to an attraction each day. The location was very good. We had a wonderful stay.

There were two sets of stairs to get to the room, a little challenging with small children.

The accommodation met my expectations. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped. I appreciated the large amount of storage space and the spacious balcony. The breakfasts were standard, with the option for individual customization of egg dishes. The hotel provided the Nationalpark sommercard Hohe Tauern for free, which saved us a lot of money, especially on cable cars and entry fees. Overall, I was very satisfied and I recommend this hotel.

Schoon, voldoende ruimte. Ontbijt zeer goed. Liftenkaart inbegrepen bij de accommodatie.

Wifi niet al te best, verder alles prima!
