La situation géographique de l’hôtel est magnifique, la patronne est extrêmement attentionnée et serviable. L’hôtel est d’une propreté impeccable.

La struttura si trova poco distante da Neukirchen. Dotata di un ampio parcheggio (gratuito). La nostra camera era molto ampia con un terrazzo con vista sulle montagne. La colazione buona con salato e dolce abbastanza vario e la possibilità di scegliere un piatto di uova dal menù cucinate al momento. La struttura dà agli ospiti la Nationalpark SOMMER CARD (degli Alti Tauri) che include l'accesso gratuito ai trasporti pubblici e a più di 60 servizi o attrazioni. Dalle ore 10 alle 17 c'era la possibilità di consumare gratuitamente caffé e bevande calde nella zona buffet della colazione. Su richiesta era possibile cenare in struttura scegliendo menù e indicando orario nel momento della colazione (questo servizio non lo abbiamo utilizzato). Nella zona giardino c'è una piccola piscina aperta.

Per una struttura a quattro stelle, la non presenza in camera di un minibar e di un bollitore. L'assenza di un ascensore può essere un problema per ospiti anziani o con difficoltà a deambulare.

Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig und hatte einen Balkon. Das Haus ist gemütlich, grosszügig und liebevoll ausgestattet. Es gibt viele Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die Chefin ist ein richtiger Wirbelwind,hat alles im Griff und ist immer freundlich. Es ist alles supersauber. Das gesamte Team leistet tolle Arbeit. Das Frühstück und Abendessen ist sehr lecker.

Das Abendessen im Restaurant war wirklich gut; auch das Frühstück war angenehm. Die Zimmer sind groß. Das Hotel liegt bestens, wenn man im Habachtal nach Smaragden suchen will. (Wenn man mit dem Shuttlebus hochfahren will, am besten vorher anrufen unter +43 (0)664 3420609.)

Inzwischen ist der Zugang zur Sauna für Kinder nicht mehr gestattet. Wir hatten vor dieser Umstellung gebucht und waren durch die Ansage vor den Kopf gestoßen. Zum Glück hat die Inhaberin uns doch noch mit den Kindern in die Sauna gehen lassen, weil keine anderen Gäste sie an diesem Tag nutzen wollten. Dort entdeckten wir, dass der Whirlpool außer Betrieb und verrammelt war.

Beautiful Location. Homey Family Hotel with very Friendly family in the middle of nature. Big clean and comfortable Room with a stunning view of the mountains. Swimming pool and small playground super with kids. Definetly recommend and would come again! Thank you for a lovely Time.

The rooms are spacious The location is very quiet

Even though the rooms are big and spacious, the rooms lack basic equipment, such as kettle, fridge or coffee machine. There is a coffee machine in the lobby, however it is powered off most of the day. We were leaving in the middle of the night and couldn’t even drink a cup of coffee. Didn’t get a breakfast box, for which we payed, either. The hotel is located a 15 minute walk from the gondola and is isolated. There is no option for spontaneous dinner in the hotel, if someone wants to eat dinner, he needs to notify the owner in the morning, and select in advance the dish that he wishes to order. It is very strange and I don’t usually know in advance what I’ll want to eat.
