Funcionários bastante cordiais, mas precisão se comunicar com mais assertividade. Exemplo: o Cartão desmagnetiza todo dia e eles não avisam.

Meu netinho de 1.4m com carrinho extremamente difícil a locomoção neste caso 3) temos mais de 60 anos portanto ficar subindo e descendo escada nada confortável e seguro, suite no 4 andar. 4) pior de tudo saber que fizeram manutenção recente e não trocaram a correia do elevador. FIM DE SEMANA SEM ELEVADOR IMPOSSIVEL ESTAR SATISFEITO.
