Limpeza ruim, quando cheguei no quarto o banheiro estava fedendo b@$*3. Ar condicionado muito fraco, demora uma eternidade pra resfriar o quarto. Toalhas velhas. Uma senhora que fica na entrada (mas não tem recepção) muito mal educada e mal humorada. No site parece que as instalações estão novas, mas não estão. Resumindo: pior estadia que já peguei no booking.

O atendimento foi péssimo pelo WhatsApp, já que não tinha recepcionista no local e tudo era virtual, muita demora para me responderem, para entrar no apto foi uma complicação devido estar bloqueada a caixa onde pega as chaves, a pessoa que me atendeu no WhatsApp me passou três senhas erradas, enfim.. Foi um caos
