Quartos confortáveis, a localização é ótima. Eles estão passando por reforma então estao tentando melhorar. A limpeza também foi ótima! As funcionárias foram sempre muito atenciosas, pra tudo que precisamos!

O atendimento do Joy Hotel é fantástico, pessoas queridas e atenciosas, Lucas, Sonara, Elimeide... e todos, muito dedicados. O lugar é bem localizado, perto de comércios, rua tranquila pra embarcar e desembarcar, os quartos são amplos e bem iluminados, limpos e novos. Tudo é muito lindo ali, recomendo demais!

Custo benefício. Hotel silencioso e atendentes solícitos.

Meu quarto não contava com porta no banheiro, era tudo interligado ao quarto, o que quebra um pouco a privacidade.

O custo-benefício é muito bom e se localiza em um lugar bom, próximo à Barra Funda.

Em duas ocasiões que fiquei hospedado no hotel houve um problema persistente: o ralo do banheiro parece não comportar a água do chuveiro e transborda.
