Warm room, shower really poor, access to top bunk not good, whole bed shaking

The mattress was very uncomfortable (you can feel the springs), plus the bunkbed shakes when someone moves. The dorms are rooms at the back of the property, it is not a hostel. No common areas to chill and there is no kitchen or place to leave food, while everything in the island is pretty expensive.

I had read negative reviews about the staff but I had the opposite experience, they were SO nice and friendly. The hotel dorm was definitely basic but perfectly adequate and the pool was fantastic! Location great, 5 minute walk from the Caribbean sprinter terminal, definitely great value for the money! I don’t know why they don’t include photos of the pool here it’s great!!

J ai été prélevée lors de ma résa et arrivée sur place ils m ont fait repayer. Je leur ai dit que mon debit eté en cours de traitement mais ils m.ont dit que ce n était pas possible. J ai repayé. J envoie ce jour un mail, si j en trouve un a l hôtel, et un autre a booking
