Couldn’t fault it, we ended up extending our stay. Lovely rooms, great pool and an amazing manager Great location as it’s slightly quieter away from the main area

Exceptional staff and a shout out to wonderful Audre who went above and beyond taking care of us. A beautiful property, immaculately clean, quiet location yet easily accessible to everything. Lovely pool and free use of bikes for guests was a bonus.

Sehr schönes kleines Hotel mit Meerblick, sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Personal und eigenem Strand (jedoch kein klassischer Badestrand). Besonders toll waren die kostenfreien Fahrräder, welches das Hotel zur Verfügung stellt und mit denen man die komplette Insel erkunden kann. Zusätzlich steht auch Moskitospray bereit, was ich sehr oft nutzen musste. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

- Audre war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - Velos zum kostenlos ausleihen war super - Zimmer war herlzich eingerichtet und sauber - es war ruhig - schnelles Check-in und einfaches Check-out

- der Strand vor dem Hotel war nicht sehr einladend - wir hatten eine Kakerlake im Bad (war evtl. auch deshalb der Fall da es draussen stark regnete)

Everything, the team, the comfiest bed in the world, the free use of the bikes. Nothing was too much! We will definitely return.

The shower could have had a little more pressure

The hotel was in a perfect location close to the center and very quiet, The host was very nice and provided all the information I required about Caye Caulker and tours, etc. The room was very clean and comfy, it had all I needed, the hotel has a lovely pool area and roof patio with a panoramic view. The hotel also has a private beach front which is lovely to lounge at.

The property was great! Everything about Tree Tops was wonderful. The staff was kind and respectful. They were always working. The space was immaculate! We lived the pool and the room was all that we needed. Audre and her staff go above and beyond for excellence. I would have no problem recommending someone to stay here.

It wasn’t bad but it was a little bit tricky to find the entrance. We had been in the area so we knew where it was. The steps up and over the planters took a little effort because my knee is messed up. It wasn’t bad though. I wished that we could park off of the beach road. We didn’t have any trouble but I was skeptical about leaving a rented golf cart so far away.

The place is way better than the pics, the room was very modern and clean, very spacious. The team was very helpful and nice and had best recommendations.

It’s not about the hotel - because it was perfect :) More about the island itself, there is not really a “proper” beach on the island, the one that hotel offers is actually very nice with good access to the water. But if you are looking for long days in the water and on the beach, Belize is not your place. However snorkeling and diving OMG amazing!
