Super clean, amazing view to the beach, Audrè (the owner) was always looking out for the guests, even after checking out she wanted to organize pick ups and was helpful all round

Audré and the team are lovely, very welcoming and friendly. I appreciate the free bikes they offer to zip around, although most things are very walkable. Lots of restaurants to choose from on the island. Daily room service was a nice touch. They also have a water jug so you can refill your water bottles which was much needed during the hot days. They are very thoughtful hosts and even provide a little booklet of helpful info and restaurant recommendations. It was a very pleasant stay!

Everything was amazing! However I have one small suggestion that could be helpful for the rooms on the ground floor, located inside the building. There was a door to the outside, so you could hear people come and go, in and out of that main entry door and walk up and down the hallway. Luckily people weren’t out too late or too loud coming and going, but just an FYI. Perhaps a small rug or something to absorb a bit of the noise would help? It wasn’t too bothersome, but just sharing for consideration :)

We had a wonderful stay at Treetops. All the staff, managed by Audre, were great, very hard working and lovely to chat with. Our room was really spacious and comfortable. The housekeepers came every day and did a wonderful job (do leave them a tip!). The pool is really handy if you don't fancy a beach day. There are also free bikes to use whilst there. There are loads of great food and drink places close by, we really recommend a nightcap at Big Titty Rum Bar, seems to be a local fave and very good atmosphere!

We struggled to get bikes for a couple of days as two families were there together and were making good use of them all day and evening, so it may be helpful to encourage guests to be mindful of that so there are plenty to share. Otherwise everything was great.

A relaxing paradise outside of the main hustle & bustle of the centre of Caye Caulker. Free bikes available 24/7 to get around which was great, or a short walk into the main strip. Very big, spacious room with large comfortable bed, kitchenette & everything you could possibly need. Meticulously clean. Beautiful pool & roof top terrace. The property manager Audré (Céline Dion of Caye Caulker 😀) was very welcoming & helpful in every way. Highly recommend this property!

Checkout at 10am is earlier than other places.

Room was beautifully decorated and spacious. Everything worked well, TV, Aircon, shower. Bikes were great too. Really lovely place all in all, very well maintained.

The area out in front of the hotel looked messy - not sure anything could be done about that though

Everything was great, clean rooms, impeccable service, enjoyed the location, and the staff was great. Audrey was so present and helpful at any time.

Lovely clean room - bigger than it looks in the pictures. Nice big bathroom. Reception/owners were v proactive asking us how we’re getting back to chetumal the next day and organised a taxi for us early in the morning to get the ferry and taxi was on time Great location on the front
