An absolutely wonderful stay at Treetops. The staff are wonderful and the rooms are spacious and clean. There is free water available. There’s air con and fans in both our room and the bathroom. It’s a little out of the way of the main hustle and bustle, but we liked that as it was nice and quiet. They gave us good food recommendations. The pool is an added bonus to an already fab hotel.

We loved our stay at Treetops. The room was comfortable and had all you need. Its location is convenient - an easy walk everywhere but just far enough from the nightlife that you can’t hear any of it once you arrive home. And, if you’d rather not walk, several bikes are available. The staff is friendly, everything is clean and meticulously maintained. Can’t wait to visit again!

The hotel is located around a six-minute walk from the ferry terminal at the Southern quieter end of Caye Caulker. We stayed in the lighthouse room a bright and airy bedroom with lots of space and well equipped with fridge, tv, safe, fan, and aircon. Large very comfortable bed. Bathroom equally spacious with one of the best showers on our trip. Facilities here are good with swimming pool, plenty of lounge areas including a rooftop terrace and access to a private beach across the road. There are also complementary free bicycles. Communication with the hotel ahead of our visit was really good with Audre always available on WhatsApp.

Beach front property with a private beach area. A lovely pool where the sun hits pretty much all day. The staff was so kind and lovely, they always made sure our rooms were clean and free of sand. Such a relaxing place and great location, a close walk to everywhere including their airport.

My husband said he thought the bed was uncomfortable but I had no issues whatsoever with the bed.
