Treetops Hotel

It is a beautiful place to stay. We enjoyed beeing at the pool in the morning. The manager of the hotel, Audre, was very nice and helpful all the time. The rooms, the Hotel, the beach everything was great!

The location, cleanliness, attention to detail and above all the staff made our stay at Treetops just perfect to end our trip around Central America.

Room, view and location

No service at all (no breakfast, no dinner, no bar etc.) This place can not be rated as a 5 star hotel - it should be rated as a guesthouse ! Beach was full of seagrass not to be used.

Room was cleaned everyday, very thoroughly. Staff was so friendly and accommodating. The outside property was well maintained. The host was very happy to share info about the island, make recommendations and even book activities/taxis.

There's nothing I didn't like about Treetops.

Audre was so helpful and kind. She went above and beyond to book us a snorkeling tour and help us get a taxi set up. The place was gorgeous and the view from the sunset suite was amazing.

Audrey was really helpful, communication very easy and smooth! Location is very good, away from the noise but a short walk from everything!

Description mentioned garden views but all we could see from our window were the stairs leading to the swimming pool, which required us to keep curtains closed for privacy. I think would be good to mention the obstructed views in the description for this specific room.
