Amazing location, very clean rooms, friendly staff, and better breakfast compared to many other hotels we've stayed at.

The cleaning staff did their best to provide clean rooms, and the rooms were indeed clean. Additionally, the location of the hotel is very good.

1. Both rooms were not ready even after the check-in time. 2. They changed our rooms three times, and none were fully prepared. 3. We didn’t receive the room category we booked because all available rooms were smoking rooms with a bad odor. 4. The doors of both rooms didn’t lock properly, and the reception was indifferent to this issue. 5. My Estee Lauder Sky perfume was stolen from the room, and the staff denied finding it. 6. The coffee served at breakfast was awful.

As the building is by the busy street, it is quite loudly in the rooms overlooking the street.

Everything felt so luxurious. The rooms and amenities are well thought out with guests in mind. The room and bathroom were SO clean. Robe and slippers were provided which was much appreciated. Breakfast was decent. Kenan on reception was great, he speaks absolutely perfect English

WiFi was very bad in the room, most of the time it would not stay connected for more than a few minutes
