MoonLight Old City Hotel

Comfortable room situated within the walls of the old city. Breakfast location on the rooftop was a nice bonus. Staff were helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay here.

Very bad experience at this hotel. We stayed here because our flight was cancelled and we had no other option, but the staff took advantage of the situation. They charged us extra money and refused to provide a proper bill or receipt. The behavior of the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. One female staff member in particular treated us very badly and spoke in a disrespectful manner. Guests who are already stressed due to flight cancellations should be treated with understanding, not exploited. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone because of the poor service, lack of transparency in pricing, and disrespectful attitude towards guests.

Местоположение отеля очень хорошее, удобное, прямо напротив метро Ичеришехер, внутри Старого Города. Номера чистые, кровать удобная, в ванной все работает, в номере присутствует всё необходимое для проживания. Также на один этаж выше присутствует ресторан, с вкусными завтраками и доступными ценами. Советую для тех, кто хочет сэкономить и одновременно получить хорошее проживание

At the hotel, first go to reception as they have the best host. Over time, you also feel that the hotel is like your home.

Отличный отель в центре города. Отзывчивый персонал , отвечали на все наши вопросы , помогли с ранним заездом заселиться в номер, все было на высочайшем уровне. Ресепшене заслуживает отдельного внимания. Номер компактный , удобная постель и подушки. В отеле вкусный ресторан с разнообразными завтраками. Исключительно советую.
