I liked the calmness of the property.

The towels were not clean and there were no tea coffee facilities in the room.No hot water kettle which is disappointing as this is a very basic facility with this price range.Also the breakfast was way too much basic.

Very calm and quiet location. Staffs are very gentle and of good behaviour. Cleanliness is appreciable.

The staff were very friendly and competent.

This is not really a hotel - more of an air bnb. The hotel consists of two flats in an apartment building. I made arrangements to be picked up by the hotel at the airport, and no one showed. The breakfast was not great.

The Stuff, they are too good and helpful. both front desk staff is great and always keep smile on their face. location is good, within reach of everything. you will not feel alone in the city if you are staying at this location.

their is nothing dislike about Jatra, but i would like to recommend something. 1. a mini refrigerator or mini bar should keep in the room, because sometimes you need to have something to be cool/some time to have chilled drinks to have during the summertime. that might be helpful if mini refrigerator kept in the room. 2. Wi-Fi coverage should be improved. 3. instead of old LED tv, i would recommend keeping a smart tv in the room. 4. Fan to be installed, 8/10hrs AC is not good for health, a smart fan/modern fan should keep in the room.

Great hospitality, both Nayem and Miran were very friendly and helpful. It's a good location with tons of food options around and a safe area. Definitely recommend it
